Distance Learning Course

THITA provides a fully inclusive Distance Learning Course in Home Inspection, which means that Learners (Course applicants) can apply for the course Online, buy it Online and receive it Online.

Students complete the whole Course at their own time and pace. The Final Exam is also completed as an open book Exam. When the Student is ready for the 3 final Practical Inspections to be carried out on the homes of family and friends, this is the only part of the Course that is not carried out on a Distance Learning basis. The Student sends these Practical Inspections to THITA for marking and thereafter the Certificate is issued.

Once you purchase the course and your payment is confirmed, you will receive a username and password to log in to our MoodleCloud platform.
